All orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class at no extra cost.

Dispatch Times
We usually dispatch orders the next working day.
Whenever possible, orders placed earlier in the day are dispatched the same working day. If we're able to get your order on its way sooner than expected, we will.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail's delivery aim for 2nd Class mail is within 2–3 working days.
Please note that delivery times are an aim rather than a guarantee and may occasionally take longer, particularly during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Packaging
Every bracelet is carefully presented in our signature gift box before being securely packaged for delivery.
Where possible, we use packaging that protects your order while keeping unnecessary waste to a minimum.
Tracking
Royal Mail 2nd Class does not include full end-to-end tracking. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
As Every Soul Counts grows, we'll be introducing additional delivery options, including faster tracked services.
