We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.

30-Day Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items should be:

Unworn and in their original condition
Returned with the original gift box where possible
Sent back within 30 days of delivery

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note that return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

Bracelet Sizing

If your bracelet doesn't fit, don't worry.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange for a different size (subject to availability) or a refund.

If you're unsure about sizing before ordering, please get in touch—we're always happy to help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully check every order before it's dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve the problem quickly, whether that's a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Caring for Your Bracelet

Our cork bracelets are designed to be worn and enjoyed every day.

Cork is naturally durable and water resistant, but like any handcrafted accessory it will last longer with a little care.

We recommend:

Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
Remove your bracelet before swimming or showering.
Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes and cleaning products.
Store it somewhere dry when not being worn.

Our bracelets are stitched by hand around a cotton core. Although the cork itself is naturally water resistant, repeated soaking can allow moisture into the core through the stitching, which may shorten the life of the bracelet.

With normal everyday wear and sensible care, your bracelet should provide years of enjoyment.
